Paul spent nearly nine years at Law Business Research (LBR), where he served first as CEO and then as Chairman. LBR is a technology-enabled information services business that powers the global legal industry with intelligence, analytics and performance data. Its portfolio includes a family of market-leading legal intelligence platforms such as Lexology, Global Arbitration Review, Global Competition Review, Global Data Review, Global Investigations Review, Global Restructuring Review, Latin Lawyer, IAM, World Trademark Review and Who’s Who Legal, which are used by law firms, corporates and regulators worldwide.
He later served as CEO of Times Higher Education, another globally recognised rankings and data organisation, further deepening his experience in building and scaling international ratings and intelligence platforms.
At Ranking Copilot, Paul will focus his role on supporting global scaling, helping shape commercial strategy, and strengthening relationships across the legal ecosystem as Ranking Copilot continues its rapid growth.
