Our Story

After years as Head of M&A at Clifford Chance Ukraine, and later as the Founding Partner of Redcliffe Partners, Dmytro Fedoruk kept seeing the same problem repeat itself.

Marketing teams and partners at law firms were spending enormous amounts of time on submissions to legal directories — all year round. The process was manual, repetitive, and highly disruptive to the real work lawyers and marketers were meant to do.

Dmytro shared his idea with Olexiy Soshenko (co-founding partner at Redcliffe Partners), and together they hired a software development company to create the first prototype of what would become Ranking Copilot.

The first key hire was Milos Trufunovic, who joined as Product Manager. As the company’s first employee, Milos has been central to everything from product development and client demos to ISO certification and customer success.
